It has the potential to be a valuable marketing tool. I think the way this site is helpful is by eliminating the printing, shipping, and payment methods required to sell photos or digital art online. Those convinces are not free though, they result in reduced profit on artwork or photos sold. –Its a trade off.
The actual marketing resources seem to be more with a paid account.
